Operating Restrictions:

The premises shall be operated as a bona fide food restaurant and shall maintain a substantial amount of food sales and service during the normal meal hours which are considered to be 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. (breakfast); 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (lunch), and 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (dinner).

At least 50% of the seating must possess the necessary utensils, table service, and condiments dispensers with which to serve meals to the public.

There will be no dancing permitted on the premises at any time.

Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s) as defined on the ABC-257 dated 4-20-18 and ABC-253 dated 4-20-18.

There shall be no pool tables or amusement machines or video game devices in the premises at any time.

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 4-20-18 and ABC-253 dated 4-20-18.

Interior displays of alcoholic beverages or signs which are clearly visible to the exterior shall constitute a violation of this condition.
