The designated kitchen-facility trailer, VIN #1H9RA1218HH008520, is to remain the permanent kitchen for the licensed premises and is to be positioned on a cement patio, as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257.

Full and complete meals must be offered and made available to patrons from the designated kitchen-facility trailer at all times the premises is exercising the privileges of its alcoholic beverage license, with the exception of the last ½ hour of operation each day

The designated kitchen-facility trailer is only permitted to move from the licensed premises when the premises is closed for business to allow for maintenance, cleaning and sanitation.

Any violation of the law occurring on the licensed premises, as depicted on the most recently certified ABC 257, constituting grounds for suspension or revocation of a license shall be deemed to be the act and responsibility of the petitioner(s).

Alcoholic beverages shall be sold and served in containers that are distinctive in design and color and are easily distinguishable from containers used in the service of non-alcoholic beverages.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257 and ABC-253.

Petitioner(s) shall actively monitor the area under their control in an effort to prevent the loitering of persons on any property adjacent to the licensed premises as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-253.

The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is prohibited.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257 and ABC-253.

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.

The licensed premises shall be fully enclosed with a fixed barrier anytime there are sales, service or consumption of alcoholic beverages. At all other times the fixed barrier may be removed; leaving only the barrier anchors that cannot be removed without substantial effort.

A sign shall be posted in a conspicuous space at the entrance/exit point of said patio/terrace/other area, which shall state, “NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BEYOND THIS POINT”. Said sign shall measure no less than seven inches by eleven inches (7” x 11”), and contain lettering no less than one (1) inch height.
