Operating Restrictions:

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control, as depicted on the ABC-257 dated January 19, 2018 and ABC-253 dated April 2, 2018.

The exterior of the premises, including adjacent public sidewalks and all parking lots under control of the licensee, shall be iluminated during all hours of darkness during which the premises are open for business in a manner so that persons standing in those areas are identifiable by law enforcement personnel. However, the required illumination shall be placed so as to minimize interference with the quiet enjoyment of nearby residents of their property.

The rear door shall remain unlocked during business hours, but closed to prevent excessive noise for the residents behind the bar.

The bar must have at least three (3) State Certified Security Officers on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights, and special events between the hours of 7:00 pm to 2:00 am. The bar shall have one security guard in the parking lot. Said personnel shall be clothed in such a manner as to be readily identifiable as security.

The petitioner shall post "NO LOITERING" signs on the exterior of the business.

Any graffiti painted or marked upon the premises or on any adjacent area under the control of the licensee(s) shall be removed or painted over within 72 hours of being applied.

Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s) as defined on the ABC-257 January 19, 2018 and ABC-253 dated April, 2, 2018.
