47 - ON-SALE GENERAL EATING PLACE
Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 8:00 AM and 12:00 AM Midnight Sunday through Thursday and 8:00 AM and 1:00 AM Friday and Saturday.
The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sale of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.
Live entertainment shall be limited to no more than four (4) unamplified entertainers. A disc jockey, karaoke, topless entertainment, or fashion shows are prohibited.
Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond twenty (20) feet from the boundaries of the premises in any direction.
There will be no dancing allowed on the premises.
Petitioner(s) shall not require an admission charge or a cover charge, nor shall there be a requirement to purchase a minimum number of drinks.
No "happy hour" type or reduced price alcoholic beverage promotion shall be allowed.
At all times that alcoholic beverages are being sold, served or consumed, food services shall be available to patrons upon request.
Trash and/or recyclables shall not be emptied into outside trash containers between the hours of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
No deliveries of alcoholic beverages to the premises shall take place between the hours of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
The retractable skylights and windows of the premises shall be kept closed between the hours of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM and at all times there is live entertainment within the premises.
The rear door(s), facing Roslyn Ln, shall be kept closed at all times during the operation of the premises except in cases of emergency and to permit deliveries. Said door(s) not to consist solely of a screen or ventilated security door.
The front door(s), facing Prospect St, shall be kept closed at all times there is live entertainment at the premises except for ingress and egress. Said door(s) not to consist solely of a screen or ventilated security door.
The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is strictly prohibited.
There shall be no live entertainment on the patio.
