Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. each day of the week.

The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is strictly prohibited.

There shall be no bar or lounge area upon the licensed premises maintained for the purpose of sales, service or consumption of alcoholic beverages directly to patrons for consumption.

The premises shall be maintained as a bona fide Mexican food restaurant and shall provide a menu containing an assortment of foods normally offered in such restaurants.

Any graffiti painted or marked upon the premises or on any adjacent area under the control of the licensee(s) shall be removed or painted over within 48 hours of being applied.

The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the quarterly gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sale of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s) as defined on the ABC-257 dated 01-25-18 and ABC-253 dated 01-25-18.

The subject alcoholic beverage license shall not be exchanged for a public premises type license nor operated as a public premises.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control, as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 01-25-18 and ABC-253 dated 01-25-18.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 01-25-18 and ABC-253 dated 01-25-18.
