Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 11:00 am to 2:00 am each day of the week.

The applicant shall secure a City Permit decal, denoting approval of alcoholic beverage sales, from a Planning Department public counter and mount it on the inside of the window of the subject site facing the street subsequent to the Zoning Administrator's signature on the Planning Department sign-off form. The decal shall be visible at all times and mounted before the privileges granted herein are utilized.

There shall be no minimum drink requirement for patrons.

There shall be no bar or lounge area upon the licensed premises maintained for the purpose of sales, service or consumption of alcoholic beverages directly to patrons for consumption.

The windows to all Karaoke/dining rooms shall not be tinted, in order, to provide full view to the interior.

Doors to all Karaoke/dining rooms shall remain unlocked at all times.

No one under the age of 18 shall be allowed in the billiard or Karaoke room between opening and 3:00 pm on weekdays, unless accompanied by parent or guardian.

No one under the age of 21 shall be permitted in a Karaoke room where alcoholic beverages are present.

No employee or agent shall be permitted to accept money or any other thing of value from a customer for the purpose of sitting or otherwise spending time with customers while in the premises, nor shall the licensee(s) provide or permit, or make available either gratuitous or for compensation, male or female persons who act as escorts, companions, or guests of and for the customers.

No employee or agent shall solicit or accept any alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage from any customer while in the premises.

Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s) as defined on the ABC-257 and ABC-253 dated 11-22-2017.

The sale of beer and wine is limited to subject facility and does not apply to any other premises on the involved site.

The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is strictly prohibited.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control, as depicted on the ABC-257 and ABC-253 dated 11-22-2017.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the ABC-257 and ABC-253 dated 11-22-2017.

Petitioner(s) shall not share any profits, or pay any percentage or commission to a promoter or any other person, based upon monies collected as a door charge, cover charge, or any other form of admission charge, including minimum drink orders, or the sale of drinks.

Partitions separating the booths/dining areas shall not exceed 52" in height.

There shall be at least one (1) state-licensed security guard on the premises between the hours of 7:00 pm and one-half hour past closing on all days of the premises is open for business.

There shall be no exterior advertising or sign of any kind or type, including advertising directed to the exterior from within, promoting or indicating the availability of alcoholic beverages. Interior displays of alcoholic beverages or signs which are clearly visible to the exterior shall constitute a violation of this condition.

The facility owner and operator shall take appropriate actions to prevent and discourage loitering on the property by persons who have no business at the premises.

The subject alcoholic beverage license shall not be exchanged for a public premises type license nor operated as a public premises.

The premises shall not be maintained, nor operated, as a private club.

Admittance to the premises shall not be discriminatory so as to exclude persons because of race, color, creed, religion, ancestry, disability, or gender.

The applicant shall not sublet any portion of the licensed premises or activities within the licensed premises to any promoter.

No dancing or dance floor is permitted.

No "promotional nights" offering discounted beverages or in order to encourage patrons to come into the premises for beverages after an entertainment event at another location or selling certain brands or types of beverages at discounted price in order to bring attention to these beverages shall be permitted.

No “happy hour” type of reduced price alcoholic beverage promotion shall be allowed.

The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the quarterly gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sale of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

Trash containers shall be equipped with rubber or plastic lids and rubber or plastic gaskets. Trash pick-up and deliveries shall occur only between the hours of 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and 9:00 am and 4:00 pm on Saturday. There shall be no trash pick up or deliveries to the facility on Sunday or legal holidays. Trash containers shall be locked when the premises is not open to the public.

Any graffiti painted or marked upon the premises or on any adjacent area under the control of the licensee(s) shall be removed or painted over within 24 hours of being applied.

The applicant shall furnish the premises with tables and/or booths at which food may be comfortably consumed and with all cutlery and condiments with which an establishment is customarily equipped.

The sale of distilled spirits by the bottle for same day or future consumption is prohibited.

The kitchen of the restaurant shall comply with the definition in the Section 91.0403 of the Los Angeles Municipal Code.

Occupancy of the facility shall be limited to a maximum of 80 patrons seats unless further restricted by the City, Fire, or Building and Safety Department.

The sale of alcoholic beverages is limited to beer and wine only.

The condition of this grant shall be retained on the premises at all times and be immediately produced upon the request of any LAPD officer or ABC investigator. The restaurant manager and all employees of the restaurant shall be knowledgeable of the conditions herein and shall implement them as required.

There shall be no cover charge or prepayment fee for food and/or beverage service required for admission to the facility.

Alcoholic beverage service in the waiting area is prohibited.

Signs shall be prominently in English and the predominate language of the clientele of the facility, if different stating that California State law prohibits sale of alcoholic beverages to persons who are under 21 years of age. "No loitering or Public Drinking" signs shall be posted on the interior and exterior of the premises.

Private/semi-private Karaoke rooms constructed on the premises shall have the following characteristics: A. No physical obstruction, including but not limited to, planters, partitions or items of décor, shall be placed or attached to any section of the doors or wall which covers any portion of the glass within the door walls. b. All walls to said rooms shall be constructed in such a manner as to have a least a clear glass window in the upper portion of said wall which measures no less than 36 by 36 inches. c. Doors to said rooms must allow the activities in the interior of the rooms to be easily discernible at all times and shall not be lockable from either side of the door. d. The lighting in said rooms will be sufficient to make easily discernible the activities in the interior of the rooms at all times. e. There shall be no "dimmer" type lighting controls in the interior of said rooms. f. Said rooms shall not contain refrigeration units of any type. g. All food and beverages served to patrons utilizing said rooms will be by way of waitress service only. h. Said rooms shall be equipped with audio and video equipment sufficient for performances commonly associated with Karaoke style entertainment. I. Karaoke style entertainment must be available at all times in said rooms during the hours of operation of the premises.
