Operating Restrictions:

Sales and service of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.

The subject alcoholic beverage license shall not be exchanged for a public premises type license nor shall the premises be licensed with a public premise type license.

All ice shall be sold at or about prevailing prices in the area and in quantities of not less than three (3)pounds.

No wine shall be sold in containers of less than 750 ml.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises which is under the control of the licensee. (See attached ABC-253)

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter and graffiti the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control. Any graffiti on said property shall be removed within 24 hours of when it appears. (See attached diagram)

Loitering, begging or soliciting for employment shall not be allowed on the premises or that area adjacent to the premises over which the licensee has control. It shall be responsibility of the licensee to ensure that these activities do not occur.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee. There shall be adequate number of signs posted prohibiting the consumption of any alcoholic beverage on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under control of the licensee, in compliance with Los Angeles Municipal Code Sections 41.27(c) and 21.27(h).

The licensee(s) shall not sell and/or offer for sale or display any magazine or other printed material which contains pictures depicting: a. Acts or simulated acts of sexual intercourse, masturbation, sodomy, bestiality, oral copulation, flagellation or any sexual acts which are prohibited by law. b. Any person being touched, caressed or fondled on the breast, buttocks anus or genitals. c. Scenes wherein a person displays the vulva or the anus or the genitals. d. Scenes wherein artificial devices or inanimate objects are employed to depict, or drawings are employed to portray, any other prohibited activities described above.

Pool tables, and/or mechanical/electronic amusement devices or games shall not be permitted on the premises at any time.
