Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted in or on the patio area only between the hours of 8:00 AM - 12:00 am MIDNIGHT, each day of the week.

The licensee(s) or an employee of the licensee(s) will be present in or on the patio/terrace/other area at all times that alcoholic beverages are being served or consumed.

A sign shall be posted in a conspicuous space at the entrance/exit point of said patio/terrace/other area, which shall state, “NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BEYOND THIS POINT”. Said sign shall measure no less than seven inches by eleven inches (7” x 11”), and contain lettering no less than one (1) inch height.

Full and complete meals must be offered and made available at all times the premises is exercising the privileges of its alcoholic beverage license, with the exception of the last ½ hour of operation each day.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257 and ABC-253.

Petitioner(s) shall actively monitor the area under their control in an effort to prevent the loitering of persons on any property adjacent to the licensed premises as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-253.

No noise shall be audible at any nearby residents

Any graffiti painted or marked upon the premises or on any adjacent area under the control of the licensee(s) shall be removed or painted over within 72 hours of being applied.

The sale of alcoholic beverages for off-sale consumption is strictly prohibited except in conjunction with the purchase of food
