Operating Restrictions:

No Alcoholic Beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the premises which is under the control of the licensee. There shall be two (2) signs measuring at least 1' by 1' each posted prohibiting the consumption of any alcoholic beverage on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee, in compliance with Los Angeles Municipal Code Sections 41.27C and 41.27H.

The parking lot of the premises shall be equipped with lighting of sufficient power to illuminate and make easily discernible the appearance and conduct of all persons on or about the parking lot. Additionally, the position of such lighting shall not disturb the normal privacy and use of any neighboring residences.

Loitering, begging or soliciting for employment shall not be allowed on the establishment premises or that area adjacent to the premises over which the licensee has control. It shall be the responsibility of the licensee to ensure that these activities do not occur.

Any graffiti painted or marked upon the premises or any adjacent area under the control of the licensee(s) shall be removed or painted over within 48 hours of being applied.
