Operating Restrictions:

Any violations of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act occurring in the "Common Dining Area", constituting grounds for suspension or revocation of a license shall be deemed to be the act and responsibility of all petitioners therein.

If the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control determines, through its investigation, that said violation or violations were caused by another licensee, the petitioner shall not suffer disciplinary action for said violations as provided for in Condition #1.

The applicants agree to serve their alcoholic beverages in containers which will significantly differ in appearance from those containers utilized by any other licensees located in the "Common Dining Area".

Signs shall be posted in a prominent place at all exits of the premises, stating "NO OPEN CONTAINERS OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BEYOND THIS POINT". Said sign shall be not less than 7" X 11" in size with lettering no less than one inch in height

That petitioner(s) shall be responsible to insure that no patron leaves the common dining area with an open container of alcoholic beverage.

Licensee(s), or designated employee(s), shall be present in the "Patio Area B" at all times alcoholic beverages are being served or consumed.
