Operating Restrictions:

There shall be no dancing allowed in or on the premises at any time.

There shall be no live entertainment of any type, including but not limited to, live music, disc jockey, karaoke, topless entertainment, male or female performers or fashion shows.

There shall be no exterior advertising or sign of any kind or type, including advertising directed to the exterior from within, promoting or indicating the availability of alcoholic beverages.

Full and complete meals must be offered and made available at all times the premises is exercising the privileges of its alcoholic beverage license, with the exception of the last ½ hour of operation each day.

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 10:00 AM TO 10:00 PM each day of the week.

The licensee or an employee of the licensee will be present in or on the patio area at all times that alcoholic beverages are being served or consumed.

The parking lot of the premises shall be equipped with lighting of sufficient power to illuminate and make easily discernible the appearance and conduct of persons on or about the parking lot. Additionally, the position of such lighting shall not disturb the normal privacy and use of any neighboring residences.

The side doors shall be kept closed at all times during the operation of the premises except in cases of emergency and to permit deliveries. Said doors not to consist solely of a screen or ventilated security door.

Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257 and ABC-253.
