Operating Restrictions:

The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sale of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

At all times during normal meal hours, during which the licensee is exercising the privileges of the applied for license, said licensee shall offer meals consistent with what is customarily offered during said meal period. Normal meals are considered to be at least, but not limited to: Breakfast, 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., Lunch, 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Dinner, 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control.

Petitioner(s) shall police the area under their control in an effort to prevent the loitering of persons about the premises.

Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s).
