Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and delivery of alcoholic beverages by an individual ambulatory vendor for consumption in the general spectator seating areas, as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257, shall only be permitted while the premises is open for baseball games.

While the premises is open for baseball games, alcoholic beverages sold, served or delivered by an individual ambulatory vendor for consumption in the general spectator seating areas, as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257, shall be served in containers no larger than a twenty-five (25) ounce capacity. No more than one (1) container of alcoholic beverage may be sold, served, or delivered to any one person at any given time.

The licensee will be responsible at all times for the operation of the food concession and adjacent licensed area under its control. Under no circumstances will the licensee permit its license privileges or the premises to be leased, rented or used by other persons or organizations.

All alcoholic beverages will be sold and served in containers which shall be distinctive in design and color and easily distinguishable from any other containers used in the service of beverages.

Alcoholic beverages shall only be dispensed, sold and served in non-glass containers easily distinguishable from non-alcoholic beverage containers.
