The patio area shall be under the supervision of the licensee(s) or employee(s) during the hours of operation in which the patio is being used and exercising the privileges of the license.

The patio area shall be visible from within the licensed premises.

The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is strictly prohibited.

There shall be no entertainment, of any type, permitted in the patio area, as depicted on the ABC 257 dated February 5, 2021

The use of any amplifying system or device is prohibited on the patio, and the use of any such system or device inside the premises shall not be audible outside the premises.

Loitering (loitering is defined as "to stand idly about; linger aimlessly without lawful business") is prohibited on any sidewalks or property adjacent o the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the ABC 257 dated February 5, 2021

Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.
