Operating Restrictions:

Sales and service of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 7:00 am and 9:00 pm each day of the week.

At all times when the premises are open for business, the sale of alcoholic beverages shall be incidental to the sale of food.

The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the quarterly gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sale of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

There shall be no exterior advertising or sign of any kind or type, including advertising directed to the exterior from within, promoting or indicating the availability of alcoholic beverages. Interior displays of alcoholic beverages or signs which are clearly visible to the exterior shall constitute a violation of this condition.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the recently certified ABC-ABC-253 and ABC-257.

The petitioner shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they has control, as depicted on the recently certified ABC-ABC-253 and ABC-257.

There shall be no coin operated games or video machines maintained upon the premises at any time.

There shall be a uniformed security guard on duty at all times the premises is open.

No beer or malt beverage products shall be sold, regardless of container size, in quantities of less than six per sale.

No wine shall be sold with an alcohol content of greater than 15% by volume except for "Dinner Wines" which have been aged two years or more and maintained in corked bottles.
