Operating Restrictions:
Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 11:00 am and 12:00 Midnight each day of the week.
The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the quarterly gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sale of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.
There shall be no dancing or live entertainment of any type, including but not limited to live music, disc jockey, karaoke, topless entertainment, male or female performers or fashion shows.
Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s) as defined on the ABC-257 and ABC-253 dated 9/10/14.
Trash shall not be emptied between the hours of 11:00 pm and 8:00 am.
