Operating Restrictions:

Sales of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the following hours of 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Sunday through Saturday.

No wine shall be sold with an alcoholic beverage content greater than (15%) percent by volume.

No wine shall be sold in bottles or containers smaller than 750ml, and wine-coolers shall not be sold in units of less than a four pack.

No beer shall be sold, regardless of container size, in quantities of less than six per sale.

No malt liquor shall be sold.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee.

There shall be no exterior advertising of any kind or type, including advertising directed to the exterior from within, promoting or indicating the availability of alcoholic beverages.

No pay telephone(s) will be maintained on the interior or exterior of the premises.

The licensee shall be responsible for maintaing free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control.

Petitioner shall regularly police the area under their control in an effort to prevent the loitering of persons about the premises.
