No fiscal impact exists. This regulation does not affect any local entity or program.

B. Fiscal Effect on State Government

Additional expenditures in the current State Fiscal Year

It is anticipated that State agencies will:
Absorb these additional costs within their existing budgets and resources.

The only impact is if an emergency decision is appealed to the Superior Court and the Department will need to pay for Deputy Attorney General Representation, estimated once or twice a year.

No fiscal impact exits. This regulation does not affect any federally funded State agency or program.
