DEPARTMENT OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL
Effective February 2009, All ABC Offices will be closed on the first and third Friday of each month through June, 2010.
The action is in connection with the Governor’s Executive Order (S-16-08) that addresses the state’s $42 billion deficit and ongoing fiscal crisis.
- ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING OFFICE (AHO)
- AHO will be closed
- No hearings will occur
- HEADQUARTERS
- All Headquarters offices will be closed. This includes the following offices.
- Accounting/Fiscal/Procurement
- Adminstrative Services
- Hearing and Legal
- Human Resources
- Information Technology
- Legal
- Licensing
- LAW ENFORCEMENT
- ABC law enforcement officers will still be working and enforcing laws related to alcoholic beverages.
- TRACE: ABC officers will be available to respond to TRACE contacts from authorized law enforcement contacts.
- NORTHERN DIVISION
- All District Offices will be closed.
- The Division Offices will be closed
- SOUTHERN DIVISION
- All District Offices will be closed.
- The Division Offices will be closed
- TRADE ENFORCEMENT UNIT (TEU)
- TEU will be closed.
- No price postings can be accepted through drop off, fax or electronic (e-mail) methods.
