Deputy Division Chief (Southern Division) - Rick Ryan

Rick Ryan is a newly appointed Deputy Division Chief for the Southern Division and is currently responsible for overseeing the five Los Angeles County district offices and Bakersfield. Rick began his career with ABC in 1998 as an investigator in Santa Ana and worked his way up to District Administrator of the Lakewood district office in 2004.

Rick graduated number one in his class from the State Investigators Basic Academy in 1995, receiving awards for overall honor student and highest academic achievement. Prior to joining the Department, he served as Director of Security for a large entertainment venue in Southern California.
